You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on Vync, you grant us a license to host, display, distribute, and process that content to operate and improve the service.

You represent that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

You may not use Vync to:

• Break laws or regulations.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others.
• Distribute malware, spam, scams, or deceptive campaigns.
• Upload or share prohibited sexual, violent, or exploitative material.
• Interfere with platform security or availability.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to Vync if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, our policies, or legal obligations.

Serious safety violations may result in immediate and permanent account termination.

Vync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vync is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
