I faced trials, was handcuffed and led through the streets during investigations and court hearings. I am a victim of casteism, untouchability, discrimination, and negligence. As the years passed, time slowly carried me toward a silent and tragic end. Today, I am making my life's last journey toward the worlds of no return because of disregard, despair, poverty, and illness. I suffer from severe asthma-COPD with uncontrollable exacerbations, reduced left ventricular compliance, and ventricular premature complexes. My survival depends on medicines, inhalers, nebulization, and oxygen support. I do not know how long I will live or when death will come, but I know I may leave this world suddenly and silently, unknown to the scientists of the world.
