This incident happened with the iOS 17.5 update in which many users found that the personal photos which they deleted 10 years before resurfaced on their devices.
Apple never deletes anything. It is just removed from your iCloud and it's trash. Otherwise there was no chance of 10-year-old photos to resurface.
Immediately, Apple released a patch and stopped it, and users forgot it as time passed.
I am posting this as a reminder that in the digital world where AI tech is growing exponentially, bad people can use it to harm you.
Never save anything on the cloud which is confidential.
Please don't think that Android is better. None of these Western brands are. That's why we need our own Indian brands who can be trusted.
