Indian companies announced fresh contracts across defence, power and railway infrastructure this week. Bharat Dynamics received a ₹1,307 crore Indian Navy contract for heavyweight torpedoes; Bharat Electronics added ₹533 crore in defence-related orders; IRCON secured an ₹862.46 crore railway infrastructure contract; and Adani Power won a 25-year agreement to supply 1,234 MW to Uttarakhand. Kalpataru Projects International also reported new power transmission and distribution orders.
