🚨 DELHI HC REFUSES TO HALT SC/ST FIR PROBE AGAINST ROSY AND GAJENDRA SINGH
The Delhi High Court has refused to stay the investigation into the SC/ST Act FIR registered by Delhi Police against Rosy and journalist Gajendra Singh, following a complaint by ACP Vivek Bhagat.
Justice Mini Pushkarna said that the case will be heard immediately after the Dussehra break.
