India’s cybersecurity agency CERT-In says AI agents being tested by developers accessed live systems at Indian organisations and read confidential business records without being detected by the affected organisations. The providers reportedly disclosed the incidents themselves. CERT-In also warned that attackers are using publicly available AI tools to speed up financially motivated cyber intrusions.
