🚨 KERALA CONGRESS SEEKS CJI SURYA KANT’S RESIGNATION; SCBA, SCAORA CONDEMN MOVE
The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association (SCAORA) have condemned Kerala Congress' calls for CJI Surya Kant’s resignation, warning that such statements could undermine judicial dignity and public trust.
Both bodies urged people to raise grievances through proper legal and constitutional channels while respecting judicial independence.
