Kunal Shah says CRED reached its first profitable quarter in 2026, with about 17 million members and roughly $325 million in annual revenue across payments, lending, insurance, commerce, wealth and credit cards. He also announced that he is stepping back from the operating role and will join Meta to lead WhatsApp globally.
