End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using Vync, you agree to this EULA.

Vync is intended for users aged 17 and above. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local age and legal requirements.

Subject to compliance with this EULA, Vync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not transfer ownership of software, intellectual property, or platform content to you.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, copy, or create derivative versions of the app.
• Bypass technical protections or security controls.
• Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or exploitative activities.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the app without authorization.

Vync enforces strict moderation standards, including zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, severe harassment, and illegal content.

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account restriction, permanent termination, and legal reporting where required.

This license remains effective until terminated by you or Vync.

We may terminate access immediately if we believe you violated this EULA, platform policies, or legal requirements.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Vync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
