Child Safety and Protection Policy

Vync has a strict zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Protecting minors is a top safety priority.

1. Our Commitment

Vync prohibits any content or behavior that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or normalizes child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Any credible CSAE signal is treated as critical and reviewed with highest priority.

2. Prohibited CSAE Activity

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexualized communication with minors.
  • Attempts to lure, traffic, or exploit minors.
  • Sharing links, instructions, or communities that facilitate CSAE.
  • Any evasion or re-upload behavior after enforcement.

3. Detection and Response

Vync may use a combination of technical systems and human moderation to identify and remove prohibited content.

When CSAE is detected or strongly suspected, we may immediately remove content, lock or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records for legal process.

4. Reporting to Authorities

Where required by law, Vync reports CSAE-related incidents to relevant authorities and cooperates with lawful investigations.

This can include sharing account identifiers, activity records, and preserved evidence in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

5. Reporting and Contact

If you see content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, report it immediately through product reporting tools where available.
